Can I pause sessions?

You totally can! You have four months to complete your sessions.

What if I want to change trainers?

You absolutely can. Just let us know and we'll go ahead and find you a new trainer.

What's the cancellation policy?

Just give us 24 hours notice to cancel your session.

Can someone else use my sessions?

Yup! As long as they fill out the same medical history form that you did and you give permission, we will honor it!
